LrC latest version compatibility with Mac Early 2013

Hi all, I am using LrC - does the latest version work on: MacBookPro, Early 2013, Processor 3.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i7, Memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3, Graphics Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB. I haven't used it in a while and it LrC does not open, it is stuck in "Reading Preferences.." Thanks a lot for your help! Regards, Andreas

What's the exact version of Mac OS you're running?  (Click the apple menu in the upper-left corner of your screen.)

It's the OS that's important. Your hardware looks OK to me.
