Masking tool problem

When I open a Masking tool in Lightroom on my MacBook Air, instead of showing the normal red overlay, it seems to change the temp setting to 73 and adds it to the mask, if I double click the Temp slider, it then changes it back to the normal overlay. Is anyone having the same promblem?

Check the 'Reset all sliders' checkbox in the mask panel.

Thank you, yes I tried that before which didn't work, but I have since, uninstalled and reinstalled LR, which has now resolved two problems I was having. Thank you for the reply.
