Missing photos and presets

Hi! I've been using Lightroom to edit my photos for about five years now. Recently, my laptop broke and since then I've lost access to the Lightroom app on my own laptop. I've installed the Lightroom app on another laptop however the only photos that appear in the app are ones I've uploaded to Lightroom through its web. All photos I've imported directly in the Lightroom app don't appear in it anymore. This also includes all my downloaded presets alongside ones I've made myself. Unfortunately I haven't figured out what the problem is. If someone could help, this would be greatly appreciated!
