Histogram on selected photo shows it to be under exposed, dark.

In LrC, in the thumbnails, the initial appearance at import are those of the embedded JPEG files your camera created when shot, not the actual interpretation of the RAW data. LrC creates previews of the RAW data, then presents the updated previews, the thumbnails then look different. Your in camera settings may have applied corrections to those embedded JPEG files, hence thy look not under exposed. Those in camera settings may not apply to the RAW.

This is expected behavior

Thanks for your detailed help on what you can see on my screenshot. I know how RAW works and how Lightroom works with it. I am talking about a strange phenomenon that happened to me with my iPhone XS and the Lightroom version of IOS. When I captured my images, they were very well exposed and when I synced the iPhone and Mac Lightroom, the photos appeared correctly exposed and all of a sudden, Ligthroom Classic darkened them all for me. I can't figure out where this could be coming from. It's the first time I've had this problem. For information, I mainly use Lightroom for IOS that I make images with my iPhone.
Have a nice evening.
