Presets nor applying

Hello,

Suddenly, Lightroom is no longer applying my presets after I click. Hovering in the presets show the changes in both the navigator preview and in the image itself.

Already uninstalled and intalled it (maintaining the preferences) and it still does not work.

Anyone has the solution?
