problem with image properties

i am using adobe lightroom classic 11.4.1 under windows 11

in the properties of some (definitely not all)  images the status of the metadata is not changed from changed to unchanged after storing the metadata to the image. this happens after storing via cntrl+s or from the dropdown in the properties.

the actual image in the file IS changed properly

when using the dropdown option and selecting to store the metadat is showing unchanged, but for a couple of second only
