Problems Lightroom 6, it disappeared from my iMac

Hi, my name is Ben Smaal and I had installed Lightroom 6 on my Old Mac OS Mojave.

I bought the Lightroom in 2017 official on a DVD

Now it seems that somebody else is using my Lightroom and Adobe removed the Lightyroom from my computer. I have had a long conversation with Adobe engineeer and will show you the content:

 

 

Hi I own an Imac with OS 10.14.6 and have been using Lightroom 6 for many years, which I installed on my Imac via a purchased DVD. Since last week I suddenly started experiencing pop-ups telling me that I am using an invalid version of Lightroom. I don't understand this, because I purchased this Lightroom 6 with an official DVD with series NR {}. To confirm that the purchase was official, here is the Barcode number of the packaging:  and Lot code.

While I was still bothered by the pop-up yesterday, this morning I was astonished to find that the entire Lightroom program had disappeared from my IMac!!!!

I strongly suspect that Adobe did this because of my experience with the pop-up that I couldn't remove. And again I haven't changed anything on my Imac. Very bad, illegal and not acceptable!!!

I would like to hear from you immediately whether this is the case and, if so, why and how this action can be repaired!

As mentioned, I have an old Imac with OS 10.14.6 on which the new version of Lightroom that Adobe offers me cannot be installed

I would like to hear from you soon as I can no longer edit photos at the moment.

Could you please try to recall if you have used any other email ID for Adobe registration?

 

Sorry this is not possible. I bought the dvd by myself. Is it ok when I sent you a picture of the case in which I bought the dvd? I don't no how but I think somebody else is using my Serial Nr

I understand, however, in order to access your Lightroom 6, you would require access to that email ID as well.

I will do my best to give you all the info as I said, I can give you the barcode NR of the case and the PN nr, plus ask

It must be somebody else who is using my nr

The user with the other Email is using my lightroom6

Please can somebody help mew with getting back my Lightroom on my Imac??

Because of my old Imac I cannot use the new version of Lightroom, so for the moment I would like to use Lightroom 6.

 

Again I hope that somebody can help me for no now cannot continue my Photo hobby.
