.RW2 files from Lumix LUMIX DMC-ZS100

Site lists this camera as supported for .RW2 files but my Lightroom 6 is uable to import them. Is there a fix for this or a newer version of Lightroom I should migrate to?

To build on GoldingD's reply, do the menu command Help > System Info to check your version number. If it's earlier than 6.14, you can download 6.14 from here:

I assume you mean this site:

And per that source, for a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-ZS100, you need at least Lightroom Perpetual v 6.5. 

So, what version of Lightroom Perpetual do you have? 

(6.0, 6.1, 6.1.1, 6.2, 6.2.1, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.5.1, 6.6, 6.6.1, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 6.10.1, no 6.11, 6.12, 6.13, end of life v6.14)
