Smugmug Plugin Publish Error: "can't update this collection" unauthorized

I created a gallery using the smugmug plugin. I associated 1200 files with the gallery using LR. When I hit "Publish" it goes to export the photos then I get the error: "can't update this collection" unauthorized

    In the Smugmug publish plugin, you need to click on setup, and you need to re-authorize it.
