Stack pictures with same name

Is there a way to automatically stack pictures with the same name but different extension? I need it because I had to move the dng created with noise reduction enhancement but now they are not stacked together and it has become a mess to synchronize the settings

If you moved the DNG into a differet folder OR colletion than you can not stack them either manually or automatically.  They have to be in the same folder/collection.  There is a neat plugin by @john beardsworth called Syncomatic that will sync settings between files of the same name with different extensions.   See here

They are in the same folder, however they are not in the same stack anymore since I had to change their name with an external software in order to filter which ones had already noise reduction applied or not becaus it was not possible with lightroom. Now they are in the same folder, with the same name, just different extensions (.arw and .dng)
