Sync makes Lightroom stuck

Question

Hey, for the past 2-3 weeks, whenever I try to perss "Sync" and copy the changes I made to multiple photos, Lightroom gets stuck at the same moment, and I can only close it by pressing ctrl+alt+delete and terminate the program. I hace enough storage space on my C disc, I tried to go on version back (12 and not 12.1) but nothing helps. Do you have any idea what I can do?

Welcome to the Lightroom Classic community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

Where are the original images stored? On the internal drive or an external drive? Are you syncing masks too?

Does it happen with all images in your Lightroom Classic or a specific range of images? What type of images do you work with? JPEG or RAW? In the meantime, try this:

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows you any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-gpu.html
