Unspecified Customer Service Complaint

Dealing with Adobe LrC Customer Support Team has been an absolute testament to their receiving a 1 Star rating on Trustpilot from more than 4000 reviews. They are incompetent and unreliable. I guess the Executive Management at Adobe don't care about their Corporate reputation.
