Why is Adobe Chat dropping my chats?

Is there a reason why when I chat with Adobe, the Adobe Lightroom People DROP my chat in the middle of allegedly helping me??

I do not know the reason, but if you have questions about using Lightroom-Classic then you would be better to ask them here in this forum for other experienced users to answer.

(Chat is mainly for Install prolems and Account matters.)

 

Please include the following in your question:
Adobe product and Version number.
A Screenshot of the info panel from MENU: Help/System Info...
Operating system and Version number
The full text of any Error Message(s) if any
What you were doing when a problem occurred
Screenshots of the problem
