Will switch account save my work?

Hi,

 

I'm using my parent account for lightroom classic.

I now want to buy my own account.

I have saved work and backups on my PC.

Will I be able to restore and use it if I login with my new account?

When you get a new account, simply log into Lightroom Classic with it. It should carry on as if nothing changed. By default Lightroom opens the last used catalog.
