About Lightroom Presets

Hi! I'm still just practising with Lightroom, mainly mobile. I have a basic question. I bought some preset packages to see how it works. Installed and made presets, ok so far. But how about all those images included in presets. If I delete those will I also lose those presets? Are those preset 8mages stored in my devise or somewhere in Adobe cloud?
