All tutorials seem to look different to what I can see? Can't find develop tab?

Do I have a different kind of Lightroom to what most have?

I can't seem to relate my screen and options to what I'm seeing in any tutorials I watch, so I'm really struggling to learn how to use this program. Any guidance would be appreciated.
