Almacenamiento de fotos en disco duro

Hola!

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble with Lightroom. We are here to help.

Could you please share the exact version of Lightroom from Help > About Lightroom or Lightroom Classic, along with the specific version of the operating system you are working on? Are you deleting synced images from the desktop and clearing them out from the deleted section?

Suppose you are working with Lightroom Classic, which downloads the original files from Lightroom Cloud. It stores them within its sync database, which this location can be configured to a location of your choice on the internal or external drive. Check Lightroom Classic's preferences for the 'Specify the location for Lightroom's Synced images' is enabled in

  • Windows - Edit > Preferences > Lightroom Sync
  • macOS - Lightroom Classic > Preferences > Lightroom Sync

If it is enabled, is this location set to an external drive?
Similarly, if you are using Adobe Lightroom, please share the screenshot of the following options as shown below.

If you delete the images from Lightroom, they do not permanently delete them. They go to the deleted section and stay there and on the local storage for the next 60 days unless you permanently delete them. Please review and ensure that you wish to delete these images. If they are permanently deleted, it is irreversible.

We hope this helps.

Thanks,

Sameer K
