Big problems with Lightroom for iOS

So I am really frustrated. 

Bought the CC plan to have access to Lightroom mobile. but I have a mess in many areas.

1. Lightroom for iOS doesn't import videos (at least I don't know hot to activate it). I almost lost videos from my latest trip as I was about to format the card and at the last moment realized that I was missing all my videos. Why is it so? Lightroom Classic imports all the memory card content which seems quite logical for me. Importing is usually done before formatting so all programs should import all files by default. How do I enable video import?

2. When I am back home I want to export/copy/offload all my files to the PC. I can't find the RAW+sidecar file combos anywhere. When I connect my external SSD to the iPad Pro I want to copy my files (RAW, sidecar, videos) and import them into LC Classic. No, I don't want to use internet to transfer 120-200GB of data over the span of two days if I can do it in 10 minutes. So how do I retrieve the raw NEF+sidecar files in order to copy them?

I have a few days left before I can cancel and so far it's crap. Botched, incomplete import, files are being held hostage in unknown location, botched export.

And paying hundreds of dollars every year for this joke is another joke. And no, I am not a complaining, inexperienced newbie as I've been using Photoshop since version.... hmmm.... 3 and that's almost/over two decades ago. Using LR since it was beta before version 1.
