Boundary warp

Hi!

Is it possible to do boundary warp on a picture that is not a panorama, in lightroom CC? It would be useful if u want to adjust your vertical picture to fit instagram. Some may call it pixel stretch. It means, I want sometimes to stretch only a bit on the sides of the picture.

No, boundary warp is only available in the panorama dialog. You can stretch an image using the Aspect slider in the Geometry (Transformation in Lightroom Classic) panel however.
