Can't update photoshop and lightrom with creative cloud

Hi!

first i have to say that the support in the chat is horrible!!!

you wait for too long for assistant!!

second, i can't update my apps with the creative cloud app! it says its updated but it's not!!!

apparently i have old versions for months!!!!

as a paying customer, its make me furious!

i need help i need it now!!!
