Cannot upload my files and syncing stuck

Yesterday my computer said my disk was full and started to delete some photos to organise space.  Now I cannot upload my 38,000 photos, the syncing aseems to be stuck at 1600 photos to be synced. I have read the common issues but I cannot open my pictures to check what ism't synced. I have uploaded the latest lightroom, logged out and in again and and switched off my laptop too but the blue circle remains turning. I am travelling and need to urgently upload my photos on my camera as this is mt back up.
