Cloud storage is full

Hi, I have the creative cloud subscription and the basic 100 GB of storage. I use a Mac laptop and an iphone with my Adobe products. I constantly get messages that my storage is full, but I am not sure which files exactly are causing the full storage. I have permanently deleted many files but I feel like there is probably something I dont see that is causing the storage to fill. I mostly use Premiere and Lightroom, and I am wondering if all of the photos (I have over 40,000 on my phone) are being used by Lightroom if they are all coming up in LR on my phone? Or is it indeed just the files I see in Creative Cloud that is taking up all that space? Thanks

Also, please ensure that your deleted files aren't using valuable storage by deleting them permanently. You may check this article for more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html

Hi, I do not recall what error was popping up, but when I click on the cloud icon in the upper right of Creative Cloud, it says "Your storage is almost full. Upgrade to keep things running smoothly." The used storage was as high as 99.8GB used, and after deleting a bunch of files it went down to 99.1GB. I deleted numerous files that were easily visible from the spots you referred me to, then permanently deleted them. I also note that when I go to Lightroom online, there are over 24,000 photos, and I am wondering if all of those are synching to the cloud. I use LR a lot but I am far from a pro, and I do a horrible job of organizing images. So I am wondering if all of the pics I am taking on my phone are being synched to my cloud storage (I think they are). Please let me know if you have any suggestions. When I "delete" photos in LR, am I deleting them off of my phone entirely??

Yes, Lightroom stores all of its photos in the cloud, and when you delete them from the cloud, you delete them from everywhere. You might want to think about increasing your storage.
