Cloud storage is not correctly reflected, is 100 GB but should be 1 TB

Hi,

My name is Oskar and I am a Columbia University student. As a student I should have access to Creative Cloud, including Lightroom and 1 TB of storage. I just signed into my account for the first time. It says that I am supposed to have 1 TB in storage:

but when I try to upload my photographs to adobe Lightroom, I am told I have only 100 GB free. I have about 400 GB worth of photographs I would like to store.

If I try to ask for support while logged in, I am told to contact “my IT administrator." I tried contacting my administrator and he does not know how to help me. Are you going to be able to help me out with my issue so I can get the most out of my Adobe CC plan?
