  • Hola! Quería saber como recuperar presets que compre hace 2 años, ya que cambie el celular, ingrese con la misma cuenta al nuevo celular voy a recuperar compras y me dice que no hay compras que recuperar, por favor si me pueden ayudar con esto, gracias!

I see no Lightroom subscription for your account here, so there is no paid account purchase to restore.  The free version of Lightroom does not sync photos or presets to cloud storage, so you will need to restore a backup of your device from a time when Lightroom still had your presets.  Otherwise, please contact who sold you the presets for help to install them again.
