Convert xmp files to dng. Need help:)

Hey guys,

i need your help. I have an iPad and no computer to install the presets onto my account. The iPad is not able to read any xmp files but can handle dng. If anyone would be so kind to convert some xmp files to dng so that I can use them on my iPad pro that would be really nice. I have bought some presets and can´t use them yet^^.
