Double subcription?

Hello everyone. I have a Photoshop and Lightroom subscription with Adobe, but I also pay around 4-5 $ for the Lightroom iPhone app. Am I actually paying twice? Can I cancel the Apple subscription, because I already pay through Adobe? Thanks
