Download Images From Inacessible Work Lightroom Account on iPhone to macOS

Hi there,

I used an Adobe account through work for many years – however I've now left that organisation and the account has been deleted. Unfortunatley, I didn't download my mobile library before this happened. I now have 18GB of photo files on my iPhone that I cannot accces. I ideally just want to access them download them to my Mac. But obviously can't login to see them or download them. I tried accessing through Finder – and can see the folder. But when I try and drag+drop it starts to transfer, then stops and disappears.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Greg

Hi Greg,

Thanks for reaching out. This might help.

Follow the steps in this article to help & recover any images stored locally in the Lightroom application on the iPhone

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/recover-lightroom-mobile-photos-itunes-file-sharing.html

This might not work if the local caches of the Lightroom app have been cleared.

We hope this helps,

Thanks!
