Editing Problems

After editing my photo in lightroom I usually send it to Photoshop to do a little more touch ups and add a signature. Everything turns out fine until a few days ago. My photos look very noisy and a if I didnʻt edit them when opened in Photoshop. Iʻve tried saving it from lightroom and the saved file also looks very noisy and not edited. What is wrong with this? Did something update? Do I need to update settings. Itʻs never done this before.
