Edits made in desktop don't appear in mobile

I have taken a photo on my mobile, added to LR on the phone and then edited the image on my desktop.

The desktop edits do not then show back in mobile despite the app stating that sync is complete. Other changes to my albums are replicating to the mobile, so sync isn't totally broken. I can also see the edits I made in the online LightRoom so my edits have sync'd to the cloud.

I've tried logging out and back in to the Ligthroom mobile app. Can anyone suggest anything else to get the edits to sync across?
