Error Missing Profiles for DNG images on Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Mobile

Lightroom Adobe Raw profiles are missing on some dng files. The problem accurs in Lightroom Classic and on Lightroom mobile (ios and android). Is there a way to reinstall the profiles?

Hi there,

 

Sorry that you're getting an error message that you have "Missing Profile" on your images in Lightroom Classic and Lightroom mobile. 

 

Please note that Camera profiles do not sync from Lightroom Classic to the cloud, so what you could try is the following:

 

1: Locate the old camera profiles. https://www.lightroomqueen.com/lightroom-classic-file-locations/

2: Install Lightroom CC the desktop if you don't have that installed already

3: Start Lightroom for the desktop

4: Import the old profiles in Lightroom CC for the desktop

They should now sync to the cloud, so they should become available for the Lightroom mobile as well.

I imported all profiles that could be found. Some problems still remain. When importing "Adobe Raw" profiles it says that they already exist. On the picture there is an example from Lightroom CC. The Photo was taken with the Lightroom Camera app. On the Ipad app I'm not able to edit the photo at all.
