Export to other format than JPG not working on develop mode

This issue occurs only when working on a photo that's cloud copy is a smart preview, not original file (so when it's uploaded by Lightroom Classic).

When trying to export photo when develop(edit) mode enabled, it's always exporting it as a JPG file. It doesn't matter if using "export to file" or "open in.." option - no matter what options are set (for example TIFF format) it will export JPG file.

However when doing the same on the library/grid mode it works as intended, exporting TIFFs, DNGs etc.
