Export to Photos from Lightroom CC on my iPad offers no settings

The instructions from Adobe Lightroom says that it is very easy to export to photos on iPad, just click the export to photos, choose your resolution and export.  When I export to photos it is an automatic process that simply shows me to progress and when it is complete.  If I go to the export feature where I can choose my jpg resolution then is no option to save to photos on my iPad.
