Facing Creative Cloud Login Loop

After I log in I am prompted to login again.

Tried uninstalling everything and then reinstalling. No luck. I think this may have started after being prompted to reset my password.  I can login the the Adobe Creative Cloud app without being asked to login multiple times. Just any app that is launched from the Adobe CC app puts me into a login loop.
