healing brush

Hi i'm new to lightroom and i've beer trying out the healing brush. When i go over the object that i want to disapire, it makes a suggestion but noring realy happens. I've tryed to klik everything but nothing happens.

Would you be so kinde to help me ? i'm not good at this stuff 🙊
