Hi,

my name is Virginia

a photographer from Bali. Nice to meet you all!

I usually shot pictures and edit the RAW from my iphone with lightroom CC and i get the best looks/tone that i want.

But i can't edit the same tone with lightroom CC desktop ( i am using windows 10 )

i tried to purchase the lightroom CC from adobe creative cloud, so i can open my edited photos from mobile to desktop and it opened!

the problem is, when i copied the preset/settings of the photo and used it in another RAW photo, the result is very different.

I don't know why, it's the same setting and i just copy-paste the preset.

Could someone please help me,

because i have to hand over the files to client soon.

Thanks and best regards,

Virginia

There should be no need to import the settings. It happens automatically. If your raw file, presumably DNG, has uploaded to the cloud from your iPhone it will download to your LRCC app on the desktop with the same settings. You can then copy and paste to other files. Do you have an active subscription? Ensure the original is fully sync'd and backed up.

You can see what is in the cloud by logging-in here:
