How do I process pictures from an external device into LR mobile.

I want add photos to LR on an iPad from an Sd card. 1) is this do-able? 2) what process do I follow to be able to view and process in LR mobile?

I have tried to move images from the card to my iPad but the only storage device available to me is my SD card. I can't seem to move the image to my iPad. Also, once the data is on the iPad, how do I get to it in LR?

You can import directly into the LrMobile app (assuming your OS software is up-to-date). Just attach the card reader and launch LrMobile and use the Import From Camera Device option.
