How to move old files and portfolio from one account to another?

Hello! I Have a new Creative Cloud account at work and i want to have all my old photos från Lightroom catalog and my portfolio in the same account. It is very many files and i was wondering if i can export them directly into the new account in some way? And how can i move my portfolio to my new account without damaging anything?

Please help!
