i cant get HDR MERGE on my raw files ,after i enhance the photo

i am trying to get raw files converted to HDR for infered images.Why cant i get the HDR merge to work ?the originals are RAF from a fuji x-t2 

ive tried with nikon images as well with out any luck .

What do i need to do ?
