I've already paid for monthly subscription, but have been told to buy again

I paid and started my monthly subscription on August 10th (I have the proof of payment). But I have been told that my trial has been expired and I have to purchase... again.

 

Can you look into this?

I paid and started my monthly subscription on Oct 29th , now it says my free trial has ended and to 'buy now'. Can you please sort this? thanks

Have you tried to sign-in with the same Adobe-id which you user for this forum? With that you should be able to bypass your issue. Hope this helps- Guido/ lr QE

First of all, this is a user-to-user forum. We are not Adobe, so I would advise you to contact Adobe for this. One explanation could be that you subscribed to the 'Premium' plan in Lightroom Mobile, and you think that this plan will also cover Lightroom on your computer. It does not, the Premium plan is for Lightroom Mobile only.
