I’ve bought and paid for over 100 presets and they’re gone!

I want my presets back! The amount of time it takes to add them alone is infuriating enough, why are they gone? It shows they're still "there" but when selected the photo doesn't change.

    So if I'm understanding the issue, you're using Lightroom on iOS and your presets are not gone, you see them all listed, but when you tap on one it doesn't actually change the appearance of the image.  Do I have that all correct?
