Lightroom CC trouble shooting

Hi everyone, I have installed the Lightroom CC app premium on my phone & desktop since May 2020. When my subscription ended I renewed it & the app is working fine on my mobile but not on the desktop. It keeps telling me to renew my subscription even though it is renewed. My pictures from my mobile are syncing with the Desktop version but it does not allow me to edit the pictures on the PC. Any advice ?

Could you double check that you have installed Lr Desktop via MAC App store. Looks to me that you need to have this version running which has the desktop subscription applied. hope this helps - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
