Lightroom CC won't sync presets to mobile app

Question

Hi!I saw that there were previous postings with this topic, but all a couple years old.  Certainly we aren't still dealing with the same issue 2 years later? My apps are both updated and I've imported the presets correctly into Lighroomt CC.  It's been 4 days and the new presets, both my own that I created and ones that I purchased aren't syncing to the mobile app.  Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?

Which release of Lightroom are you using? (the CC was dropped from the name a while ago)
