Lightroom Mobile app says subscription is expired, but it hasn’t

Hi all,

 

I have tried to access the premium features on the Lightroom Mobile app for the last hour with no luck. It is saying that my subscription is expired, however it just renewed on May 16th. I contacted apple support and they said that the problem must be on adobes end because they see my subscription as active. Anyone else having this problem? I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the app with no luck.

Are you signed-in with the Adobe-id which you are using for this forum? If not, could you give it a try. Hope this helps - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE
