Lightroom mobile previews error

I accidentally deleted the catalog previews file and now I can't see any preview in my Lightroom, just that ones that I've imported after deleted that file. 

I tried re-importing the same files but it didn't work. I'll try moving the files on an external memory but I'm not really sure if that could recover the previews.

Anyone knows how to recover the file or the previews? I lost +1300 previews.
