Lightroom no internet connectivity (mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 9)

Lightroom has been working flawlessly.  Now it says I have no internet connection when I try to save to device.  How do I resolve this?

    Are you able to verify that you have Internet connection through your mobile browser or other apps?
