Lightroom not connecting to network since updating to Mac BigSur

I'm having a problem with lightroom at the moment, I cannot connect to the network since I updated to the latest MacOS. My devices are no longer synced also.
Furthermore, When I open the creative cloud app, it displays a menu which is completely white. I've attached screenshots to detail my issues.
Has anyone else encountered these issues? It seems to be only a problem with lightroom CC. My other adobe apps are working fine.
