Lightroom not showing the right photo merge?

I merged two photos and lightroom is showing something completely different than in the 'photomerge preview'. Also while switching tabs i can see the accurate photomerge for a split second. Is lightroom glitching out or am I missing something. Im just trying to merge TWO photos
