Lightroom photos and presets not syncing to new phone

I have the iphone 8 and iphone 11. I have lightroom downloaded on both phones and logged into the same lightroom account on both phones. Both phones are backed up and i can see all photos and presets on my iphone 8 but nothing is on my iphone 11 lightroom app. I want all the photos and presets to be on my iphone 11. How do I do this?

Are you signed-in to Lr with the same Adobe-id which you are using for this forum? Just asking since I noticed from our server-side that this Adobe-id is connected to a free Lr account which means none of the data is backed-up. - Guido / Lr Mobile QE
