Lightroom - Unable to connect to server

I've tried uninstalling, rolling back to older versions, reinstalling adobe creative cloud, repairing, and nothing seems to work. I haven't made any changes to anything but there were multple times where I just exit Lightroom and the next time I open it, it seems to just stop working out of nowhere.
