Lightroom ver 3.2 CC stuck on syncing 2 Photos

Hi, my lightroom CC ver 3.2 for desktop (Win 10) has stuck on syncing 2 Photos forever. I have now only two collection synchronized with adobe cloud. Lightroom CC on my laptop and mobile phone and tablet (both android) works normally. My desktop lightroom classic also works normally. 

Any suggestions?
